Practice Teaching ( 2nd week). January 10 to 15.

Second week of my teaching practice was more satisfying than the first week. In this  week I sharpened my teaching skills, creativity and  communicating skills. I felt that I am more confident than previous days.

Monday I covered the topic named Evaporation and Heat Capacity for A batch of standard 8. Peer group observation was in that day. They appreciated me for my effort. It was the first booster pack for my teaching practice journey. Tuesday was holiday. But I wish that if it was working day because I was enjoying the teaching vibes....

Wednesday I covered Allotropes of Carbon for A batch of standard 9. Students were very interested in learning. So I caould convey my ideas clearly. They did the homeworks properly that I had given in previous week.

Repetition of Monday to Wednesday timetable is for Thursday to Saturday. Thursday I completed Evaporation and Heat Capacity. I got an extra class, so I covered Freezing point also. Students are vibrant so I enjoyed the teaching in those periods. 2nd round of peer observation was on that day. Friday was holiday..

Saturday was one of the memorable day for my practice teaching. Sangeetha teacher observed my class and dhe appretiated me. She told that she really rnjoyed my class because of my voice modulation, meaningful repetition and clarity in coneying ideas. I was so happy to hearing these words from her......

Practice Teaching Third Week

The first day of this week was a sad day. Because Sidarth the student of 7E died due to fever. So Monday was holiday. Tuesday we had optional observation. I hadn't class on that day. So I missed my first round observation. After lunch time I got a free period for 9E. Then I taught electronegativity. In the week of teaching practice I had 8G. But due to some issues students in the 8G mixed with 8F. But the chemistry teacher in 8F didn't hand over her period to me. So Deepa Mathew teacher gave her 8A class for me. Even though Deepa teacher was the class teacher of 8A, she gave her period to me. Im thankful to Deepa teacher. Last period I got 8A. Wednesday I had first period on 8A. Students are studious and energetic. I liked their active nature. In 4 th hour I taught polar compounds for them.
